Social Marketing Company has recently been awarded the “International Quality Crown Award" from the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.), which is a Madrid-based business organisation which recognizes the achievement of organisations committed to building better business reputation worldwide through their commitment to quality and excellence.

This award was presented to 60 selected organisations worldwide for corporate achievement and to recognise their leadership, quality, innovation, excellence, technology, customer service and prestige. SMC was awarded the trophy in recognition of its outstanding commitment to Quality and Excellence in the realm of Customer Satisfaction, Leadership, Innovation and Efficiency, as established in the QC100 TQM model.
