SMC Enterprise Ltd has two vacancies for the following position on a contractual basis.
The incumbents will be responsible for responding quires of callers to the Tele-Counselling center on various health, hygiene, nutrition and family planning related issues. Candidates should have the ability to utilize technologies to document information into software and applications during conversation. The incumbents will also make outbound calls to conduct survey to private sector network members/providers for various program aspects. This position will also be responsible to analyze and generate reports utilizing database software. The incumbents should be positive, caring, friendly and passionate about helping patients/callers.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Social Science. Fresher’s can also apply.
