In view of the market scenario and future potential, SMC has initiated constructing its state-of-the-art Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) factory in collaboration with Tetra Pak in FY 2022. Developing the master layout, architectural drawing and phase wise civil construction work has already been started by our efficient project team. Following is the snapshot of the project:

• Production Building (4 floors at present): 30,000 sft./floor
State-of-the-art production facilities with Tetra Pack (high speed) filling and sealing machines
• Warehouse Building (single floor): 29,000 sft.
Dedicated warehouse (raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods)
• Admin Building (four floors): 5,000 sft./floor
• Utility Building (two floors): 4,000 sft./floor
