Field TB Coordinator

Social Marketing Company, a large and well-reputed not-for-profit organization engaged in implementing health and family planning programs across the country, invites applications for the following positions. The selected candidates will make a meaningful contribution to the anticipated TIFA/JSI-supported TB project to be implemented by SMC and contribute significantly toward achieving the project goal.

• Job Responsibility :

  • The incumbent will be responsible implementing TB program activities at district and sub-district levels.
  • Engaging and monitoring TB service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Referring and following up presumptive and confirmed TB patients.
  • Coordinating with GoB facilities and implementing partners.
  • Supporting training sessions for field-level stakeholders as required.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of program activities.
  • Maintaining program quality standards in all field-level interventions.

Educational Qualification :

• Masters Degree in any discipline

• Job Requirements :

  • Age maximum 45 year(s)
  • Experience in related field: minimum 5 year(s)

• Additional Requirements :

  • A valid motorcycle driving license and ownership or regular access to a functional motorbike are mandatory
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in report writing and presentation
  • Good in MS Office application suite
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in TB and public health programs, including private sector engagement and field operations
  • Preferable age below 45 years
  • Skills in private sector engagement in public health related project implementation
