• Job Responsibility:

  1. Ensure uninterrupted ICT services for the Factory and assigned Sales Offices 2. Support SAP ERP, Microsoft 365, network, internet and end-user computing services 3. Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network devices and ICT systems 4. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues 5. Support cybersecurity, user access management and ICT compliance requirements 6. Maintain ICT asset inventory, documentation and service records 7. Coordinate with Head Office ICT teams, vendors and service providers 8. Perform any other task assigned by the management

• Educational Qualification :

  - BSc in CSE/ CS/ IT/ EEE or relevant discipline from any reputed university
