- Achieve the team target of prescription and value sales.
- Monitor and assist Sr./MIOs in achieving their individual targets.
- Coaching and mentoring team members in achieving objectives.
- Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with Supervisor.
- Prepare, update and submit reports using appropriate means.
Minimum Graduate in any discipline, preferably from Science background up to HSC level.
