As a part of staff recognition, the HR department of both SMC and SMC Enterprise Ltd. took the initiative to acknowledge the outstanding performers in FY 2019-20. All permanent and contractual employees were eligible for this recognition. The areas of nomination were overall outstanding achievement, innovation, cost-saving and/or commitment. Five employees from SMC and nine from SMC EL were awarded through a ceremony held at SMC Head Office on March 1, 2022. Mr. Md. Ali Reza Khan, Managing Director & CEO of SMC and Mr. Abdul Haque, Managing Director of SMC EL were present on the occasion to hand over crests and certificates among the outstanding performers.
