Three day-long events on "Experience Sharing and Performance Review Meeting" with Green Star Providers (GSPs) were held in Bogura, Rangpur and Sylhet during January-March, 2022. The objectives of the meeting were to share the best practices, recognize outstanding performers and determine a way forward for the improvement of the program performance through sharing ideas and experiences. A total of 639 GSPs attended those meetings where 21 providers, seven from each event, were awarded as outstanding performers. Among others, the Head of Region-North South, Senior Sales Manager-SMC EL, Senior Manager-Field Operations and respective Sales Managers of SMC EL attended the events.
