SMC participated as a strategic partner in the Bangladesh Quality Improvement Convention 2025 (BQIC2025), organized by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on 9 August 2025 at Hotel InterContinental, Dhaka. This landmark event brought together leading healthcare professionals, policymakers, development partners, and innovators from across Bangladesh to exchange best practices and strengthen the nation's healthcare systems.

In recognition of our support, SMC's partnership was prominently highlighted across event materials, communications, and plenary sessions- underscoring our role as a committed advocate for healthcare quality and system improvement. Our Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Toslim Uddin Khan, contributed as a panel speaker in the session titled "Family Centered and Respectful Physical Environment of Healthcare Space."

The convention aimed to create a dedicated platform for stakeholders to collaboratively share learning from Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives, explore opportunities for scaling successful interventions, foster innovations, and ensure consistent quality standards across healthcare facilities.
