SMC participated in the 1st National Scientific Conference of Endometriosis Adenomyosis Society of Bangladesh (EASB) in Dhaka on March 02, 2023. A total of 400 Obstetricians and Gynecologists (OBGYNs) from different areas of the country attended the conference. The event was inaugurated by Professor Dr. ABM Khurshid Alam, Director General, Directorate General of Health Services and Professor Dr. Titu Miah, Director General, Directorate General of Medical Education. SMC took the opportunity to showcase its Pink Star Network activities at its stall by displaying various communication materials along with Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) branded as FullCare for pregnant others. Approximately 300 OBGYNs were briefed on the health network and FullCare during their visit to SMC stall. They appreciated SMC for its initiative for improving maternal nutrition through marketing of FullCare. Among others, Mr. Toslim Uddin Khan, MD and CEO, SMC, Pofessor Dr. Ferdousi Begum, President, OGSB and Dr. Salah Uddin Ahmed, Additional GM, Training and Service Delivery, SMC attended the event.
