Future Search Workshop on Multiple Micronutrient Supplements ‘FullCare’
SMC organized a two-day long ‘Future Search Workshop on FullCare' during January 8-10, 2022 at Ocean Paradise Hotel, Cox's Bazar. The aim of the event was to enhance the knowledge and skills of the field forces through exchanging experiences and best practices along with searching way forward to promote FullCare among the target audience and the service providers.
One of the important sessions was to train the staff on selling techniques and detailing pharmaceutical products to promote graduate doctors. Besides, other key issues of sessions were Government rules and regulations on Tax and VAT, project administration guidelines, HR compliance and procedures and the importance of audit for ensuring compliance. All staff were oriented on ‘FullCare Digital Interface' in the workshop.
Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman, Additional General Manager, Program Operations, SMC conducted an interactive session with the project staff and awarded around 15 participants for their intelligent responses to the queries. Mr. Toslim Uddin Khan, Deputy Managing Director, SMC also conducted an open discussion with the audiences to identify challenges and find possible solutions to promote FullCare. He also emphasized on identifying a common ground for strengthening coordination between SMC and MMS project staffs.
