Performance Review and Planning Meeting with Implementing Partners
A ‘Performance Review and Planning Meeting' was held on March 23 - 24, 2022 at Chuti Resort, Gazipur attended by the key staff of three implementing partners (Shacheton Society, PSTC and CWFD). The main objective of the meeting was to revisit the program implementation status, identify implementation impediments and come up with strategies for better performance. A total of 37 representatives from three implementing partners and relevant SMC staff attended this meeting. Mr. Toslim Uddin Khan, Deputy Managing Director, SMC and Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman, Additional General Manager, Program Operations facilitated strategic discussions and provided necessary guidance for further program improvement. The meeting was ended with some valuable insights like importance of promotional activities, involvement of government officials and service providers through organizing seminars at the district, upazilas and union levels, adoption of new priority health issues in the health sessions, etc.
