The prime purpose of the study was to know the perspective of the providers and consumers on Sayana® Press injectables brand, which are very critical for developing its overall marketing and communication strategies.



Consumer Panel Audit

The main objective of the study was to identify SMC product users and to determine the usage patterns; satisfaction with SMC products; correct usage; brand and methods continuity and switching patterns; reasons for discontinuation and reasons for not using SMC product etc.



Availability Study of SMC Products

The main purpose of the study was to provide regular estimates of product availability and market penetration, across a range of product categories.
