SMC Enterprise Limited has recruited Territory Sales Officers (TSO) for overseeing its distribution sales. A total of 20 young officers have been recruited to manage and supervise the activities of 120 Distributors as well as Sales Represantatives for household product sales to non-pharmacy outlets across the country. The newly appointed TSOs attended a training session at the SMC head office in Dhaka on November 6, 2018. They were briefed and provided with job description, list of daily functions to be performed at field level and were given Sales Manual with details of SMC products and other relevant documents. General Manager, Sales & Field Promotion, Mr. Sayedur Rahman; Head of Distribution Sales, Mr. Mohasin Ali Mondal; Sr. Manager, Distribution Sales, Mr. Golam Reaz and Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Monitoring, Mr. Amal Rajak were present at the occasion.
